EIT RawMaterials seminar

As part of the FM&NT 2026 conference, a special EIT RawMaterials seminar will take place on 16 June from 15:00 to 16:30, exploring how research, technology development and collaboration with industry can contribute to a stronger, more resilient and more sustainable European raw materials sector.

Participants will gain practical insight into current priorities, funding opportunities, as well as pathways for technology development, validation and scaling to achieve market readiness.

Special attention during the seminar will be given to the RIS Innovation Projects call – KAVA Call 14: Upscaling, Call for RIS Innovation Projects. The speakers will introduce the scope of the call, the types of projects and partnerships eligible for support, and provide recommendations for preparing high-quality project applications.

The seminar is relevant for researchers, doctoral students, representatives of higher education institutions, research institutes, technology developers, start-ups, small and medium-sized enterprises, industry professionals, innovation managers and organisations interested in building partnerships or bringing materials-related innovations closer to the market.
